I trained at the IFHE (French Institute of Humanistic and Ericksonian Hypnosis) in Paris under the guidance of Olivier Lockert and his teaching team. This training is part of a rich tradition of knowledge transmission rooted in decades of development and innovation in modern hypnosis. It allowed me to integrate the teachings of leading practitioners and trainers in the field while developing an approach that is both rigorous, human-centered, and deeply respectful of each person's uniqueness.

Today, I support individuals facing emotional, relational, or existential challenges, as well as those dealing with the consequences of trauma, life transitions, or recurring limiting patterns. My goal is to help each person gain a deeper understanding of themselves, reconnect with their inner resources, and create meaningful and lasting change in their lives.

Before dedicating myself to therapeutic work, I spent many years in the world of visual arts and cinema. This experience nurtured a particular sensitivity to human stories, attentive listening, and the complexity of personal journeys. It continues to enrich my practice today, allowing me to welcome each individual with presence, curiosity, and genuine care.
